My Question or Issue

Try to add my GF as a user to my Duo plan, but keep only getting errors about not having the same address even though the address is exactly the same. From some googling I find that the country should be changed to France and only way to change it is to update payment method to the credit card that is issued in France. Well that is done, "new" credit card is already billed for the subscription but the Duo registeration still gives the same error about address whenever my GF is trying to register through the invitation link.

 

Any solutions for this kind of a problem?

As mentioned here, the changes will take effect from your next billing date, meaning your country setting won't update before then. 🙂
