Duo

I keep getting ads even tho I paying for Spotify duo and it went threw so I’m lost on why I still get ads when I’m listing to music

Hey @LilFroggy 

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

It won't make any difference unfortunately. They'll keep advertising duo at you irrespective of your settings and the number of times you pointlessly log in and out because it's "a PrOdUcT ReCoMmEnDaTiOn" and not an advert, apparently.
