My Question or Issue

Spotify confirmed that the payment was made to the wrong card on the day of payment. So, I changed the payment method to another payment card, but after changing it, the payment went out once more. How can I get a refund for this?

Hey @Cloudrain,

Thanks for posting in the Community.

It's possible you've activated a new subscription on a different account. Here is how to check if that's the case.

You can also find more about our refund policy on this page

Let us know how that went.

Cheers!

hello. thank you for the reply. As you advised, I tried to find out if another account was created, but fortunately it wasn't. It was charged twice on my account. What should I do in this case? I don't know if it will be helpful, but I'll post [Payment Receipt from Google Play] and [Payment Receipt from MasterCard]. I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible.

Hey @Cloudrain,

Thanks for getting back to us. We've removed your screenshots as there was a sensitive info in them and this is a public forum, we hope you don't mind.

We'd recommend that you get in touch with our Customer Support team via one of the channels here as they can take a closer look into the matter and check your account.

As much as we'd like to help you - we can't make any account related actions here in the Community as we don't have access to the necessary systems and tools to get this information. However, our teams should be able to provide personal private assistance and give you more details.

Hope this helps. If you need anything else, the Community is here for you.
