E-Mail is already being used by another account

I can‘t registrate because someone is using my E-Mail adress (no I‘ve never had a Spotify account before)

I don‘t have another E-Mail adress that I could use and i honestly don‘t want to create a new one so I would be grateful if someone could help me out.
