Hope this helps.
Going through same issue no idea what to do.. help
Hey @Eli43,
Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.
Just to confirm, have you tried the steps @Joan sent previously?
If so and they didn't do the trick, would you mind trying with a different payment method?
Let us know how it goes.
I have been having this problem too. Just when i enter the OTP. It says incorrect pin. I don’t know how to solve this issue please help.
Hi there @Eli43,
Thanks for your reply in this thread.
Easypaisa payment attempts are processed through Boku (a mobile payment processing company) , so if you already tried all the suggestions given by @Joan, it's best to get in contact with them and they'll help you check. Or you can try using a different payment method.
If you have any questions or need anything else, the Community is here for you.
When i try to purchase the monthly subscription of student premium through easypaisa. After entering the otp it says that you already have this payment method linked. No charges will be made. Please contact you wallet customer service for help.
Hey @Rank_Danger,
In this case you should best reach out to easypaisa, as we cannot know what has gone wrong on their end.
Alternatively, as @Eni has suggested - you can use a different payment method.
Make sure you follow these steps when subscribing and let us know in case there's anything else we can assist you with 🙂
Cheers!
Facing the same issue. Have tried different devices, different payment methods and its still not working. Called easypaisa customer service and they said my account is working fine and theres no issue on my end please look into it
Have you found a solution for this issue?
Facing same issue here
Login to EasyPaisa, Go to Subscriptions and Unlink Spotify from there. Then come back to spotify and try linking it again. Make sure that you do not enter a wrong PIN code even once, for both (OTP and the EasyPaisa PIN code thereafter).
Hello, I am also facing the same type ish issue. First incorrect pin and now it said the payment method has already been linked no charges would be made. What does that mean o.0 I clearly still have the free plan connected not the premium so please help, let me know what is the issue
Same issue when I enter the given otp it don't work of tree months free trial
How do I link easypaisa to my Spotify account because when I tried adding this payment method, it only showed me the option of cards and stuff.
You have to keep the EP app open in your phone (in the background) as you enter the PIN, right after entering it you have to navigate to the left side-bar menu and go to 'Pending Approvals' and accept that after which your payment goes through. It's weird that EP app doesn't generate a notification for pending approvals like NayaPay.
Sorry to interrupt but there is no other suitable method of paying although currently in Pakistan we have many digital wallets available, I hope you guys do consider my idea and make your payments feasible.
Go to the easypasa app and in it go to subscribed servers and unlink Spotify
