My Question or Issue

 Yesterday I decided to change my payment method to a different credit card and today received an extra charge of R$10,00. Searched in your Help center data base and found out that this charge is in fact due to a new signature or a subscription in a premium plan. None of them apply, how can I get a refund?

Não precisa se preocupar, essa cobrança é apenas uma cobrança para testar o novo cartão, e é sempre reembolsada.
