Buenas tardes.

 

Desde diciembre Enero recibo doble cobro por una unica cuenta, he cancelado la suscripcion pasando a cuenta free y aun sigo recibiendo el cobro en mi tarjeta VISA. Solicito solucion

If you’ve been charged twice I recommend looking at this Spotify Answer for the next steps to take. I'd also suggest reading this Support article for me info.

Todos esos pasos ya los realice con anterioridad y no tuve solución. Ya
busque cuentas posibles, ya cancele suscripción premium y sigo recibiendo
débitos. Necesito que verifiquen el motivo por qué yo no lo encuentro.
