Pagamento via boleto bancário foi efetuado dia 08/04/20, até o prezado momento minha assinatura premium não foi liberada!

 

Já segui todos os passos que o site disponibiliza para auxilio, nada mudou!

Could you take a look at your Receipts page? If you don't see the payment there, it means that it hasn't gone through successfully on our end yet.

 

In that case we'd recommend reaching out to your payment provider for further info. This might be a case of a pending payment that usually get automatically refunded in a few days.

 

We'll be on the lookout for updates. Give us a shout if you have any other questions.

Hope you don't mind us replying in English as it's the Community's official language.

 

Sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have both free and Premium accounts. If you're accidentally logged in to your free account, you won't be able to see Premium features. 

 

We suggest you head to this help page. Make sure you check all the troubleshooting steps and especially the ones for finding other accounts.

 

If that doesn't do the trick it's a good idea to contact your payment service provider to check on the status of the transaction you attempted.
