My Question or Issue

Temos uma assinatura Duo e recebemos um e-mail da Spotify para verificar o endereço. Ambos informamos o mesmo endereço e a aplicação afirma que os endereços dos dois usuários não são iguais. Já refizemos o passo várias vezes com o mesmo endereço e não funciona.

I hope you don’t mind me replying in English. Can you try opening the invite link using a different browser or private window? Also, please double check that your country and region settings are set to where you’re currently located. You can manage that here.
