Family Membership

Hello,

my family is considering to change from itunes to spotify. Right now I am the only one using Spotify in my family. The problem is we are not living in the same house and therefore do not have the same adress. The rules of the membership subscription say that we cannot have a family membership then. Is this correct?

Hey @colopher,


That's correct. All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address.

This means we cannot switch to spotify as a family correct?

People who don't reside at the same physical address as you aren't allowed to be in the plan.
