Family account automatically turned into free account but still paying

Hi there,

I used to have a Spotify family subscription, but out of nowhere my account and all linked accounts have been turned into free accounts even though a week a go money has been taken from my bank account? Why has this happened and how can I undo this? Does it have something to do with the fact that I am currently in Spain and not in the Netherlands in which the subscription is made? I'm looking forward to your reply.
