Family plan not updating mobile

Family plan not updating mobile

I was invited to my family plan by my dad. I joined fine but now it is not updating in the spotify app. I log into the website just fine and it says I am premium, but if I log in and out of the app Im still on free. Have tried all options I can find on forums and none work.

Welcome to the community!

Lets get Premium working on your phone! Please complete the steps outline bellow:

 

  • Check that your Premium subscription isn't on another account
    You might be logged into the wrong account. It's possible to create multiple Spotify accounts, each with their own login details, saved music, and subscription. 
    Check to see if you have any other accounts
  • Reinstall the Spotify app.
    Reinstalling gives the app a new lease of life, fixing many common issues you may be experiencing. To do so, please follow the instructions here.
