France To Canada (Country, Address, Payment, Premium Familly)

Hello !

I've been using Spotify Premium Familly with my wife and children for many years now. The account was created in France in 2010. I've moved from France to Québec (Canada) and no longer have my French bank account. I want to update my country, address and payement information and I just can't find how ...

- If I try to subscribe to Premium Familly it's says that I am not eligible.
- I cannot change my address as Spotify only looks addresses in France
- I cannot change countries in my profile as the selection menu is locked
- I cannot change my payment information as my credit card country doesn't match my current country.

Please, what can I do ?

Can you please try updating your payment method through this page? Make sure to select the correct country (Canada) below the list of payment methods and use a payment method that's been issued in Canada.
