My Question or Issue

I tried to get a free trial before buying premium but when i put in my credit card info, it told me i’d already used my free trial, though i haven’t used it yet. Is it possible for you to fix this? thank you so much!! every time i’ve had an issue, you guys have fixed it so quickly. thank you! i appreciate it.

Hey @hiking34, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Do you remember using your credit card on any of Spotify's services, such as paying for someone else's subscription or even subscribing to a trial on a different account?

 

Additionally, try getting Premium here, using a different browser or private window.

Thanks for your help! I haven’t used this credit card before. I’ve only tried to use a visa gift card to get premium and it didn’t work so I didn’t get premium. It still doesn’t seem to be working even with that link.

Can you also reply here with a screenshot of the error message you're getting, so I can take a closer look? Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.
