Good afternoon. I already have two weeks since the premium account ended and now free functions work like a premium account. Is there something wrong with my account?

Okay. If you cancled the trial and are still having your Premium features I would just say enjoy it.
But if you need further help with this, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.

To confirm, your subscription status says Free?
Honestly, if you haven't been downgraded to Free - that's okay but if you log out or reinstall the app then you'll be on Free. You can also test on a different device to see if you have your Premium features.
