My Question or Issue

Good afternoon. I already have two weeks since the premium account ended and now free functions work like a premium account. Is there something wrong with my account?

Hey @Kerbus,

 

Okay. If you cancled the trial and are still having your Premium features I would just say enjoy it.

 

But if you need further help with this, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.

What does your subscription status say here?

Were you on a Premium trial before it ended?

Yes. I used a three month trial canceled and upgraded to the free version but the premium features remained.

Thanks for getting back to me. 

To confirm, your subscription status says Free? 

 

Honestly, if you haven't been downgraded to Free - that's okay but if you log out or reinstall the app then you'll be on Free. You can also test on a different device to see if you have your Premium features.

Yes. Written as a free version. Before renewing i canceled the premium and became free. I also checked it not through the application but through the browser on the PC. And it went out and went in the same in the browser. Even the cookies were completely cleaned. All the same

Okay. Just to check, when you canceled the trial - did you get your Premium features removed then or did you get your Premium features back on your renewal date?

Canceled and I just upgraded to the free version.
