Getting billed by Rogers and credit card, how do I cancel credit card billing...

As said in the subject, I switched to billing through my cell phone provider but am being billed on my credit card as well. How do I cancel CC billing and still keep billing through Rogers Wireless? Will Spotify give me a refund for the double billing?

This is precisely what is happening with me right now; contacted Rogers first and they informed me I need to take it up with Spotify, even though the service was purchased through Rogers. So, yeah, how do I cancel the service through ROGERS and just have it billed on my CREDIT CARD? Thanks for whomever can assist...
