Getting charged but have no premium!

I have just realised that for months now (for as far back as I can go on my bank statements , I have been getting charged for a service I cancelled during the trial period and still shows as a "free" member on my account.

How can I stop these payments without having to cancel my credit card and get my full refund for a service I have not been using?
