Getting kicked out of the family plan

Hi There,

 

I am on spotify premium via a family plan. However It reverted to the normal non- premium subscription out of the blue. The account manager does not know why it happened either. Any thoughts?

Hey @tyadcat, apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

Keep in mind that all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address.

 

If Spotify is unable to verify the members of a Premium for Family plan, they are removed from the plan.

 

If all of these are correct, I would try resending the invite following these steps: 

  1. Go to your Premium for Family account page and select the member you want to re-invite.
  2. Click RESEND INVITE.
  3. If that doesn’t work, click CANCEL INVITEand re-invite the member by clicking SEND INVITE, and re-entering their details.
