Gift Card Payment

Have had major issues with buying gift card 6 month subscription. Spotify says my bank provider is having a bad day and to try again later. Have tried to pay multiple days and even asked a friend to pay, no luck. Not really sure what to do.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

I have the same issue regarding the payment method for a one-year voucher. I tried to clean my cache, used an incognito browser and nothing is working.

 

Please let me know how I can resolve this as I really need to buy the gift voucher as soon as possible.
