Hi, I’m having trouble with my gift code not working and since it was won by a sweepstake i don’t have a receipt, only the physical card was sent

Could you try redeeming your gift card here using a different browser or private window?

If that doesn't help, try following all of the further steps provided in this support article > Not working? section.
