My Question or Issue
I am unable to redeem the offer for the free Google Home Mini device. I have done the recommended steps in other topics and also tried on my phone but I keep getting the error that my account is not eligible. I have been subscribed to Premium for over 2 years so that shouldn't be the issue.

Sorry. I just saw this because I didn't get a notification for it. I have not redeemed an offer like this in the past, am subscribed through Spotify, and pay annually by credit/debit. Could the issue be that I made my account through FaceBook? Is there a way to change that?

I never got an email about it. There was a banner in the desktop app but other than that, I never got any notification about it. Thanks for trying to help, though. Too bad I never got a notification about the reply to this when the offer was still active so I could potentially get this fixed.

Since this offer has ended, you won't be able to get a Google Home Mini. I'd recommend keeping an eye on spotify.com for future deals and promotional offers.
