My Question or Issue

What does "We couldn’t confirm your eligibility for a Google Home Mini" mean? I am a premium member and I have not previously used a Spotify-distributed code on the Google Store. What do I need to do to get confirmation of my eligibility?

I'll be happy to help.

The Google Home Mini offer has now ended, so you won't be able to redeem this offer. I'd recommend keeping an eye on spotify.com for future deals and promotional offers.

What about this promotional offer, which was sent to my e-mail today at 4:30 PM eastern time in the USA?

 

Has this promotional offer already ended, @Billy-J?? Just a few hours after I received the e-mail message?? Is that how it works??

I am curious about this too. Since the offer is the December 2019 offer, as I just got an email about it also. Looking forward to see how Spotify responds to this current issue. In the meantime, the Google Home Minis seem to be selling out 😞 I wish they would fix the issue already. 

I received the same email at the same time. I met the requirements and went through all the steps to link accounts. It showed $0 for the Google Home Mini up until the final checkout step, then it changed to $50. Why would Spotify send out the offer when it is already expired and waste our time?

If you've received the promotional offer, you can go ahead and try to complete all the related steps to redeem their Google Home Mini device.

 

If you're having issues redeeming your Google Home Mini, I'd recommend trying this using a different browser or private window.
