Google home mini not delivered

Google home mini not delivered

Hi,

I had purchased a Google home mini using the Spotify promotional offer. But while making the order I had put the zip code wrong and the order never got delivered and it was sent back. I tried contacting Google store regarding it and they asked me to contact Spotify and generate a promo code for me to make the order again with correct address and they will be send it to me again. But I am not unable to contact proper authorities at Spotify to help me with this issue.

I would like to know how I can resolve this issue and be able to get my Google home mini.

I'd recommend reaching back out to Google about this. Please note that the offer was only for a limited time, while supplies lasted: https://www.spotify.com/legal/premium-for-family-supplemental-offer-terms/.

 

This means that Spotify won't be able to generate another promo code for you.

Hi,

Thanks for the info. I can understand the terms but is there nothing that
could be done. At least can you guys ask Google on my behalf as I had made
all the payment and ordered with the Spotify code. Which can be checked to
be a genuine order. Only thing that required to be changed was the pin
code. I would greatly appreciate if you could help me a little with this.

There's unfortunately nothing that can be done from Spotify's side, so I highly recommend reaching back out to Google.
