Hello

 

I recently saw in my bank account that I have paid twice my monthly subscription - i do not understand the issue  and called my bank but they cannot provide the help - What is the solution you can give me and how can I stop paying twice, please.

Sorry to hear about this. There can be a few reasons why this can happen. Can you check out this support page for some things to check? 

 

If that doesn't work, there is a link on that support page to get in touch with Customer Support, who can take a closer look at the charges for you.
