My Question or Issue

Hi, so as a part of my Samsung Purchase I received 6 months of Spotify Premium freom Samsung. I was already paying for Premium before receiving this offer, and did not cancel my subscription before activating the 6 months free. I was billed for the premium anyways. Do I have to 'cancel' my subscription during the 6 month period to prevent being billed? I couldn't find info on help from either Samsung or Spotify. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

You mentioned that you were subscribed to Premium. This offer is only for new Premium subscribers, which explains why you're still being charged for Premium. 

 

There is some more info in the Terms and Conditions of the offer here.

You mentioned that you were subscribed to Premium. This offer is only for new Premium subscribers, which explains why you're still being charged for Premium.
