I have this same issue but I cannot find an option to switch to yearly billing. That link just tells me to subscribe to a premium account. I already have a premium account but no option presents to switch my billing option. Is my only option to cancel my subscription and start over? I also have the hulu add on so I will lose that access as well. I am not sure what to do

In that case the option most likely isn't available in your region. At the moment, this is only possible in select countries and is generally tied to specific local payment methods, so I'd recommend keeping your current subscription as you might lose access to Hulu if you cancel.
