I paid $ 9.99 for 2 free months of the spotify plan, but when I check my spotify account statement it tells me that my plan's expiration date is 9/18/2020. Where does it appear that I have two months free?

Spotify did the same thing to me sent me an email saying 2 months for free and then I sign up and then it only gives me one month. I do not like companies that do not provide customer service and I do not like companies that lie so bye-bye Spotify
