Hey, I payed for a premium and deleted the app and got it, it wasn't workin

Hey, I payed for a premium and deleted the app and got it, it wasn't workin

Before I deleted the app I got a link with a family plan thing which I entered and then the premium features stopped working and then i deleted the app, then got it again and got my account and my premium wasn't working

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

You can start off by logging into your account page. If you are not seeing Premium Family there but you know you've successfully subscribed, there is a possibility that you have 2 accounts with us and you've updated one of them to Family and the other one is on Free. We'd recommend to take a look at this page to see what you can do to locate your second account. 
 

If the above is not the case and your Premium is still not working, we'd suggest that you double check your plan status with the steps here

 

On another note, you mentioned that you got a link to join a Family plan, but it's also worth checking if the address verification was successful.
