Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.
It'd be good for you to follow the steps in this support site article if you'd like to cancel your subscription.
As a heads-up (and as you'll read in the article), once you cancel your subscription your account will stay on Premium until what's supposed to be the next subscription renewal date. On that date, the account will revert back to Spotify free.

If you'd like to cancel your subscription and also request a refund for your last Spotify payment, feel free to get in touch with our folks in the Support team. You can do this by following the steps here in the section called Write to us.

To clarify, if you click on the link I shared in my last post and then on "Send us a question through our Contact Form" you'll be directed to selecting a help category and completing the form with all the required info so that our folks in the Support team can take care of your refund request.
To further clarify, we can't help any further with that since, in the Community, we don't deal with refund requests directly.
