Is Hulu supposed to work for those who had already signed up? When I paid my account this morning Hulu stopped working

Hey @Mhanigunn.

This is currently a Live Issue that's still being investigated. All you'll need to do is to sign up again by entering the same payment details.

If you've tried to update your payment method halfway through your subscription period, I'd recommend contacting Customer Support.

Spotify is a jacked-up company. The "Hulu" option is no longer available to subscribers, according to the 'customer service' rep with a tepid command of English that I just chatted with. I was told that the offer expired on May 14. I told him I never got an email about any offer. He said that I was supposed to check the website everyday for offers, and that only new subs got an email (what a crock of s___).  I'm attaching a copy of the transcript if anyone would like to read the almost-incomprehensible chat.  Also, I finally found a link at Link Hulu to Spotify

that says "Note: It's no longer possible to sign up to this deal unless you’re eligible for the student discount ".
