I Can't listen to music offline

I Can't listen to music offline

I'm a premium subscriber,i already having the downloaded song's file's and i was listening to it normally before
But now it won't play any songs and it shows I'm offline

Thanks for reaching out.

 

As a first step, can you please let us know the following:

  • Your device model, OS version, and Spotify version.
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the app?

If possible, also send us a screenshot or a short screen recording of how things look on your end.
