I WAS CHARGED 0.99 CAD but didn't get premium

Hi, i purchased my premium account for  3 months  on DEC 30  2017 at 10:32 am from my account  but i didnt  get any receipt nor any subscription,  but they charged me.

 

my username for spotify is 
p41bz37jobbxm1v84ijh1j9fb

 i just have my credit card transaction receipt 

it says SPOTIFY P047E00175

Hey @simi17,

 

If you’ve run through the subscriptions process but are finding that you don’t have access to premium, don’t worry! Please take a few seconds to look over this thread, and if necessary, follow through the attached survey.

didnt get any help. in every topic they asking for payment receipt. nut i have just credit card transaction detail. 

I have same problem. Also I charged 0.99 premium spofity and it doesnt work. Can you help me?
