Once you activate a free trial, the same payment method can't be used to activate another one on a different account. However, you can use another card or an alternative payment method like PayPal. If that's not possible, I'd recommend getting in touch with the Spotify support team using the online contact form or by sending a private message to @SpotifyCares on twitter.
