I am currently paying for Spotify Premium but have not received a receipt, not able to locate userna

Hi there, can someone PLEASE help me.

i am currently paying for spotify Premium. I have been charged $14,99 since February 2019 and my last payment was on the 8/03/2019. I was logged into my Premium until I accidentally logged out. I cant seem to locate the username the account was under as I did not create that username. I never used Facebook yo log in and I never received a “receipt” of payment either. Can someone please tell me how I can log into my Premium account or locate that username? I have a “free” account as well and can log into that easily. But i want my Premium as all my music is on there
