My Question or Issue

apparently theres an issue with my payment, when I go to fix it I'm told that I'm not eligible for the standard, non-family, pay monthly subscription? I cant afford the family subscription! I'm being offered family, or premium yearly, or with headspace. they're both £14.99pm. how do I get back on the £9.99pm plan?

Sorry to hear this. Could you try updating your payment method following these steps? It'd be best to do this using a different browser or incognito mode.
