I am not "living" under my house for my duo pack

I am not "living" under my house for my duo pack

I recently received a notification informing me that my account has been removed from the Duo plan because I supposedly do not live at the same address as my husband. However, this is incorrect, as we do, in fact, share the same household.

 

how do I have to proceed ?

Hey @elsa19791, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Sorry to hear about that. I’d recommend asking your husband to send you another invite to join the plan. Please make sure that the address you’re entering for verification matches the exact same as your husband. This means no abbreviations when entering your address. There is also more information about the address and verification for Duo plans here
