I can't cancel Prime because it shows up as Free

Hello Community, 

For three months now I tried Spotify Premium for a small trial-price. Now I wanted to cancel it, because I no longer need Premium. Unfortunately you can not cancel it on the app. After visiting the website I discovered that my Premium account does not show up. Therefore I am unable to cancel, although more than willing to do so on time. I thought maybe this is a mistake and Spotify has some organization issues, but this morning they charged me with 9,99€. I really don't want to use Spotify anymore. Please, help. What should I do?

How can I cancel Premium if it shows me that I didn't subscribe yet?
