I can't cancel my Spotify premium

I can't cancel Spotify premium on my account, becouse everytime I open "Subscription" it says "Right now we're doing some system maintenance"... But when I open my 2nd account everything is allright. SO what should I do??

The best option is to try to cancel your subscription on a desktop using an incognito window or a different browser.

If that doesn't work, we recommend that you contact us via email here or through our official social media channels on Facebook or Twitter. This way, we'll be able to take a closer look at your account and see what happened there.
