I can't get my student offer and my documents are not expired yet

Hi, actually I'm graduating next year, and my student id also got a stamp for registration of first semister on the semester year of 2022-2023,but you guys won't recognize my documents, I'm wondering can I get verified, for sure I'm still a in study student, there is nothing to worries about this. Thanks

I have received e mail that document is insufficient to verify my status of students.

I was uploaded my student ID for verification.

Our friends from SheerID manage the entire verification process, so the best way to go for help if the documentation is not sufficient is on their verification FAQ page, or open a ticket with their support team. You can read more about it as well in this article.
