I can’t make payment

I can’t make payment

hello, I have Spotify in my Samsung tablet and iPhone 11.

so the issue is whenever I try to make payment on my Spotify to upgrade to Spotify premium it wouldn’t go through. I get stuck at payment details and I never get the opportunity to input the card details. Same on the Samsung as well 

I was offered the Samsung 3 month subscription but I can’t get past the payment details page

 

And please before you suggest anything, my network condition is super excellent I can stream a 4k video with out skipping at all

on the Samsung I cleared the app cache and data, uninstall the app.

clear data and cache of my browser but still nothing works

My country is Nigeria and I have used Spotify premium before

 

 

i would have gone for Apple Music but that does not have podcast built in

If you qualify for the offer, I'd recommend trying to use a different payment method 🙂

I am from Nigeria and the only payment methods it through debit cards. No other. Payment is available.

I really don’t want the offer I just want to make payment and get rid of ads

Thanks for getting back.

Can you try using a different payment card while connected to a different internet connection and/or while using a different device, instead of a different payment method? Sorry for the confusion.

Whenever I try to access the free 1 month student plan after I've been successfully verified by sheer ID, I can't input my debit card. But it's not the same for the other plans...makes me think this is an intentional fault from your end.
