I can't use Student Premium Because I Used A Free Trial 3 Years Ago

Is there any way to have this fixed or am I not going to be eligible for a student discount?

Hey @KaranKaimal, and welcome to the community. 

Sorry to hear. The discount lasts 12 months at a time, with the option to renew a maximum of 3 times as long as you're eligible. Have you already exceeded the 4-year limit? 

Also, can you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown (just to make sure there isn’t anything strange going on).
