Did you cancel the subscription online? If you’ve already been charged for the month (then) cancelled, you’ll be charged but still get access to premium. 

however if you cancelled prior to renewal, your best bet is to send an email to support. Scroll to the bottom of this page and under ‘useful links’ you’ll see a support tag. Hit that bad guy and it should lead you to the right people to reach out to 🙂
