I canceled the contract by mistake

I canceled the contract by mistake

I got the chance to get premium 3 months for free and I activated it but then I canceled it by mistake.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I completely understand how frustrating this situation might feel. Unfortunately, once a free trial is canceled, even by mistake, it can’t be reinstated. When canceling, there’s a confirmation page that highlights this, mentioning that the account will switch to the free service immediately if the trial is ended.

 

For more info, feel free to check out this support article, which explains:

“If you cancel during a zero-priced free trial period, your account will switch over to our free service immediately. Zero-priced free trials can’t be reactivated.”
