My Question or Issue
In January, I purchased a Samsung A71 in a local Carphone Warehouse that was eligible for a free Harman Kardon Citation One with 6 months free Spotify premium. I recently recieved the Harman Kardon but never got the 6 months free Spotify premium. I was never given the option to enable premium on my phone. I tried logging out and logging in. I tried uninstalling the app but it the premium would never appear. Thank you in advance.

Could you let me know if you have tried Premium in the past, or have a current Premium subscription? Also, does your device support 4G or 5G?

@Billy-J Thank you for replying to my message, I have not tried Premium in the past nor do I have a current premium subscription. I believe the Samsung A71 does support 5G and I purchased the phone on the 9th of January 2020.

Can you try running a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps? This will ensure you're running the latest version.
Also, try logging out, restarting your device, and logging back in.

Thanks for replying, unfortunately I have tried both running a clean install and restarting my device but when I reinstalled the app I was greeted with the following:
