I cant access my facebook account to log in and cancel my subscription

My Question or Issue

 I want to cancel my subscription on a different account and then get premium on this account. My other account is linked with Facebook and when I go to log in it comes up with someone else's account and not mine for some reason. This means I can't cancel my subscription because I can't get on to my Spotify account which is not ideal. Anyone else ever had this issue? Can it be sorted out through Spotify or is it a problem with Facebook?

Could you try logging into Spotify using a different browser or incognito mode? If there are other error messages being shown, please make sure to send me a screenshot (hide sensitive info when posting to the community).
