I cant cancel my subscription, my account has no edit mode

My Question or Issue

I have logged on phone and computer PC and can't cancel my subscription or make any changes to my account as there is no edit mode.

Do you pay for your subscription through Spotify directly, or through a third-party/different company, such as a cellular provider, or mobile phone provider?
