I have 59rs for my 4 months premium from my friends gpay and she has cancel

I have 59rs for my 4 months premium from my friends gpay and she has cancel

I have paid 59rs for 4 months premium from my friends gpay and she has mistakelly cancelled the autopay so now I'm not able to use premium account, either refund my 59rs or avtive my premium plan

Hello I also want this offer but when I go to payment option there is showing 119rs but in offer written 59rs

Thanks for posting this thread!

 

If you've subscribed via your friend and their payment method, but the subscription has been cancelled by them, your account should still remain on Premium until the next billing date. You can check your subscription type and the expiry date via the Overview Page > Your plan, as well as your receipts from the same page by going to Payment > Order history.

 

To continue using Premium you can simply add another payment method and for more info you can check out this help article.

 

@Arun17 It's worth mentioning that some offers require you not having tried Premium before or have used the same payment method for Spotify and it's possible that you're not eligible. I recommend checking the receipts on your account as suggested above.
