I have Spotify premium but I still get adds while playing music

I have tried logging off and back on with google and Facebook. My account says premium but I still get the adds.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

In this case, for starters, we recommend to check the details of your account in your settings, so you can be sure you logged in the the right account and that is Premium. To do it, you can follow these steps from a mobile phone:

1. Go to Home.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Go to Premium plan, there you can check the details of your subscription.
4. Go back to settings and, on email, you can see the one linked to your account (if any).

If you checked you're logged in on the right account, we'd like to confirm, did you listen to ads while listening to music or while listening to podcasts? We'd like you to know, podcasts usually include some advertising. This has been the case since the early days of podcasts, and continues to be true today, including on Spotify. Therefore, even as a Premium user, you may receive advertising or sponsored messages when playing a podcast. Note that as a Premium user, you still enjoy an ad-free music listening experience.

If you were listening to music, you're logged into the right Premium account, and either way you listened to ads, would you mind sending us a screenshot of it? This'll help us to investigate further.
