I have an existing 129 Peso one month account now I have been charged 194$ how do I get rid of it?

Last month I applied for just one month worth 129 pesos and after ordering via credit card immediately cancelled it so that it would only be one month's use ending July 16. This morning I was surprised to learn from my credit card company I applied for 194 pesos for family premium I didn't apply for so I checked the account and cancelled immediately. The account will end on July 8 if I did make a mistake by putting it on auto mode to enroll automatically what date exactly will my paid Spotify end July 16 or the 8th and what do I get for Family Premium which costs me 194? Help!
