I have premium but I can't download music offline

Hello, I have a Premium subscription, but I can't view the download option in the Spotify app in no one of my two PCs (one with Windows 7, the other with Windows 10). I tried to uninstall and install again the app on both PCs, but it still doesn't work.

Meanwhile, the download option works correctly on my Android app with the same account.

How can I solve the problem? Thank you!

Hey @mattiacresci,

you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
